Typically, you’ll be feeling back to normal within two months.
From the time you go home, your breasts will continue to shift and resettle. Over the ensuing weeks, you’ll notice that their appearance grows more and more natural. Any scarring will fade over time as well. You should avoid intense physical activity and exercise for about a month after your surgery. Once your doctor gives you the all-clear, you can resume your normal activities.
